Villa Aux Lions is a fully detached 8-person villa with private swimming pool located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, bowling alleys, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located beside the river Ardèche at only 5 min. from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and terraces.

The spacious and tastefully decorated villa Aux Lions with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and garden offer lots of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of space to enjoy with family and friends. Through a double sliding door, you can reach the cozy covered terrace. The living room has electric radiators, but also a cozy wood-burning fireplace, (wonderfully warm in the spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player are available.The whole house is equipped with screens and has shutters to keep the heat out. The beds are made upon arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second fridge with extra large freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, microwave and oven.

On the ground floor, there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom, an indoor hallway and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet, a mirror with a chest of drawers and a chair. Through the patio doors, you have unobstructed views of the garden and the surrounding mountains and you can walk into the pool area. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is equipped with two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and leg section, a mirror and a chair. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a sink and a spacious shower with low entry and is therefore also suitable for the disabled. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.
On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom is located at the front of the villa. Again 2 box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) with bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, a chair and a mirror. This bedroom has a wall fan. The cozily furnished fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. Again two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chair and a mirror. The room has a ceiling fan. Also, upstairs the beds have single duvets and pillows. Bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. On this floor is also a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony is equipped with washing lines and there is also a small billiard table. Nice to play a game in the shade! You can also see the river from the balcony.

Outside:
Once you have arrived downstairs, you can enter the spacious covered terrace from the living room through the sliding doors where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with eight adjustable chairs and a parasol. An electric barbecue is also available for guests.The garden is well protected, offers enough privacy and is closed with fences so dogs and (small) children can not walk away. In the back of the garden there is a bowling alley with lighting, nice to play a game in the evening!
There are adjustable sunbeds at the private pool. The bath is securely closed with an electric roll cover. The pool can be heated throughout the rental season by the pool heating. Professionals provide weekly maintenance. After swimming you can shower under the outdoor shower. The private pool is available from April to October.

In the garage/storage room you will find the washing machine and dryer and the electric barbecue. There is also a bicycle with a bicycle bag ready for you so that you can get fresh bread from the bakery in the morning, for example. In the hall closet you will find the ironing board and iron and a crate with outdoor toys and boules balls.
A safe is available in the villa. Naturally, the villa is equipped with WiFi internet. Pets are allowed.

At the villa itself, there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park. Charging station for electric cars, the costs for this are € 0.50 per kWh.

The villa is rollator friendly and through the shower with low entry into the bathroom downstairs, the bedrooms downstairs and the passageways without barriers, suitable for the disabled.
