Villa Aux Lions is a completely detached 8-person villa with a private swimming pool located at the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche park features a large communal swimming pool, pétanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, playgrounds, and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball, or volleyball. The park is situated on the Ardèche river, 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

The spacious and tastefully furnished Villa Aux Lions, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park, and the villa and garden offer plenty of privacy. The living room, with separate seating and dining areas and a spacious open kitchen, offers ample opportunities and space to enjoy time with family and friends. The cozy covered terrace can be reached via double sliding doors. The living room is equipped with electric radiators, as well as an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace (wonderfully warm in spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels is also included. The entire house is fitted with mosquito nets and shutters to keep the heat out. The beds are made upon arrival. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second refrigerator with an extra-large freezer compartment, a coffee maker, Senseo, Dolce Gusto, kettle, microwave, and oven.
On the ground floor, there are also 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an internal hallway closet, and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 box-spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large wardrobe with hanging and shelving sections, a mirror with a chest of drawers, and a chair. Through the French doors, you have an unobstructed view of the garden and the surrounding mountains, and you can walk straight into the swimming pool. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is furnished with two box-spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large wardrobe with hanging and shelving sections, a mirror, and a chair. Both bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. All beds are provided with single duvets and pillows. The bathroom features a modern vanity unit with a sink and a spacious shower with a low entry, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility. A hairdryer is provided. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.

On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The first bedroom is located at the front of the villa. Here, too, there are two box-spring beds (200 x 80 cm) with bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, a chair, and a mirror. The comfortably furnished fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. Here, too, there are two box-spring beds (200 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a wardrobe with hanging and shelving sections, a chair, and a mirror. Upstairs, the beds also have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom features a modern vanity unit with a sink, a bathtub, and a toilet. On this floor, there is also a large covered balcony with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The balcony is equipped with clotheslines, and there is also a small billiards table and a dartboard. Great for playing a game in the shade! You can also see the river from the balcony.

Outside: Once back downstairs, you walk from the living room through the sliding doors onto the spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with eight adjustable chairs and 2 parasols. An electric barbecue is also available for guests. The garden is well screened, offers plenty of privacy, and is enclosed with gates so that dogs and (small) children cannot run away. At the back of the garden, there is a lit pétanque court, making it fun to play a game in the evening! A badminton net can be placed on the pétanque court

There are 6 adjustable sun loungers by the private swimming pool. The pool is safely covered with an electric roller cover. Thanks to the pool heating, the pool can be heated for the entire rental season. Professionals take care of the weekly maintenance. After swimming, you can enjoy a refreshing shower under the outdoor shower (with a hot water column). The private swimming pool is open from April through October.

In the garage/storage room, you will find the washing machine and dryer and the electric barbecue. A bicycle with a pannier bag is also ready for you here, so you can, for example, cycle to the bakery in the morning to get fresh bread. There are also 2 mountain bikes ready for use! Great for a trip through the mountains. In the hallway closet, you will find the ironing board and iron, as well as a crate with outdoor toys and pétanque balls.

A safe is available in the villa. As of April 1, 2024, the villa is equipped with super-fast fiber optic internet. Pets are allowed.

There is space to park 2–3 cars at the villa itself. There is also a charging station available to charge your electric car. The charging station is free to use from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The villa is walker-friendly and, thanks to the low-entry shower in the downstairs bathroom, the downstairs bedrooms, and the doorways without thresholds, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
